Health Fair Vendor Application Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2011 Holiday Run and Walk for Health!

Here are the details of the 2011 event:

When:	Saturday, December 11, 2011
Where:	Contra Loma Regional Park, Antioch, California
Time:	7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Vendor Space:	$150.00 (Bring your own booth, table, and chairs)
